Whether it's at the dinner table with family, at the start of a meeting, one-on-one with team members – you can use every moment to start valuable conversations, thereby giving those around you the opportunity to share their thoughts and ideas. Every conversation is valuable. 

The way we start conversations often determines the quality of that conversation. How much time do you spend on superficial "blah blah"? Quite often it is the case that we just don't really know how to do this.

They help us to be able to use the valuable time we have together in a way that is appreciative.
